把健壮的草草枝条剪下，取1-3个枝节（甚至更多枝节3-5节也可以），关键是要选壮壮的枝条（一般不要选已经木质化的枝条，那不容易活）
放一次性水杯子里，而后用保鲜膜固定植株。办法是在保鲜膜中戳洞，把扦插枝一一插入（尤其适合矮小的扦插枝，如牛至、百里香，它们直接放水杯子里无法固定的）。
如果用泡沫版、硬纸板来固定，都可以的。农夫同学用的是一次性泡沫饭盒，哈哈好聪明！
保鲜膜不要紧密封住，我后来用一次性保鲜袋套住杯子，故意不密封，这样可以透点空气。

水位不可以满，至少要有1-3厘米的空气层（请仔细看图1、2）
（我是借鉴了普通的植物水培办法。植物水培时候，植物只有根碰到水，上部枝条是不碰到水的，这样才不会烂。）

叶子绝对不可以碰到水，要烂的。所以要把下面的叶子摘掉。留出顶端叶子几片就可以了。

放在阳台内，有明亮散射光（没有阳光，植物就没有光合作用，是无法出根的），但是不直晒的地方（直晒会晒蔫没有发根的草草）

静待大概7-20天可以发根
不要专门换水续水的（也许保鲜膜把空气隔离了的缘故？），偶只是当水位下降时候才加点水。

用这个办法，偶已经成功（成功率接近100%）插活了各种草草啦！包括百里香、迷迭香、牛至、马约兰、香蜂草、鼠尾草、薄荷~~以及木本的龙吐珠、蓝雪花

不过，熏用水插很难成功。春秋天插土里，感觉更容易出根，欢迎大家补充办法呀！

扦插时间，春秋天最好。
偶夏天也插活了20多个马约兰、百里香，可惜上盆后热闷死了
夏天因为天气热，保鲜膜省略掉，直接把枝条固定在低水位的杯子里，就可以静待发根。
就这样等待发根：

请问悠然，第一张照片里的那种有白色的边叶子的是什么？？可以泡茶的吗？正按你的方法水插呢.

白边的就是花叶凤梨薄荷，可以吃的

谢谢，正在学习你的方法，不过我分不清是花叶凤梨薄荷还是香妃草，我那个叶子和杆上都有短绒毛。
