应该是天气太冷的缘故。没有枯萎的话天气变暖后会继续生长、开花。

我在北方住过，而且时间也不算很短，起码曾经度过整个冬天吧。美丽的青岛和大连让我留下美好的回忆！在北方冬天因为有暖气，所以室温不低。但比较干燥，加上日照较差，对植物生长不利。成活可能没问题，但要像南方一样开花可能就较难了。不过我是没在北方种花的经验，你可请教其他朋友。重瓣矮牵牛是1－2年生（一般是一年生，保养得好还能在第二年成活、开花）。这照片中的重牛就是2005年春天扦插成活的，已经开花几个月了，还一直在开花。保持到夏天应该没问题的。
