好开心,十点多就收到了雪尼的邮包.正好不忙,也不管有没有人会说话,我就在办公桌上摆开了.

<>+10小苗无损.苦苣科混合小苗取出时已有一个小叶片掉下来了,还有一个叶片折了,被我切了下来.</P>
<>叶片+2,+6,+8,+10完好.+9无损,有点脱水.R1,+1,+3,+5都有损伤.奇怪哦,伤得都是单数编号的.</P>
<>按学到的理论知识操作:珍珠岩放盆里,连盆一起用开水冲洗消毒,放冷,和蛭石均匀搅拌制成二合一基质.锋利美术刀用火烧过消毒.所有叶片切除多余叶柄(留2厘米),平面切口,减少伤面.受损叶片切除受伤部位,放在一边稍晾让切口风干.把几片有点软的叶片放水里补充点水分.</P>

+1,切除了叶片接近叶柄部分受挤压的边缘.这个叶片整个边缘一圈都是黑色的斑块,看着也不像伤到的,难道是本来这样的?需要都切除吗?要切的话得切整个一圈了

+3,靠近叶柄得两边边缘都有损伤,都切了(这个图拍糊了,所以没上)
+5,挖去了右边叶片受挤压的部分(这张也有点糊,将就一下了)

然后,把所有叶片插入二合一中.那两个小bb叶没舍得扔,一起插了,不过估计没戏,实在太小了,一个比我的小指甲还小.
最后一步,把插了叶片的盆放入各种容器中,保湿,好几片叶子都是软塌塌的.
两棵小苗都植入了三合一中.
相机没电了,所以后面的照片没法上传,以后补吧
