[原创]一起来做个摇椅摇摇吧

  一直以来，每每看到电视或书籍上那种放在田园里的木制摇椅，总是比较喜欢，可惜看过很多家俱城都没见有卖的。这个周末一冲动，在家算算了大至需要的材料，自己去木材店买了4CM×10CM×200CM的木材5根，做主梁和支架用的，4CM×6CM×135CM的木材19根，用作摇椅和辅助用料，共用去120元，又去了五金店买了一些螺栓和螺钉回来，用作连接之用。由于没有电刨，可又想使买回的粗糙的原木变得比较光滑些，只好又花了15元让木工师傅帮忙加工了一下。

由于没有标准的尺寸可以参考，只好先把作支架用的方木放在地上，慢慢比画，止到感觉比较满意。

然后铅笔画线作为参照，防止在用电钻打孔时，因为晃动而把固定的角度给破坏了。

先把两边的支架做好，打好孔后就用螺栓穿过，再用螺冒上紧就可以了。

剧掉多余的边角。

注意要在支架的顶端剧出一个和方木大小相同的缺口，这样横梁就可以稳稳的放在中间了，而且到时和支架的连接也会方便容易许多。

架好横梁之后，为了使之和两边的支架更牢固连接在一起，去了一家外装修的公司，买了4块10CM长的角钢，然后再找到一个机械修理的朋友，每块上各打了两个孔，注意两块一组的孔要打齐，这样穿螺栓时，才会准确。
  这是从顶往下拍。

紧固好横梁之后，就需要解决横梁和摇椅的连接问题。其实当时我也不知道有什么好方法，只是觉得它首先要牢固，稳定，而且还在简单，方便。所以只好去跑些五金市场，看能不能找到些合适的配件。最后跑了很多地方，总算找到一种挂件觉得有些希望，但大小不匹配，只好作罢。不过由此找到了些灵感，决定设计好尺寸后找铁匠去做。
  要不是父亲介绍，现在要找个铁匠铺真的是太难了。一番周折，终于按设想的完成了四个小挂件，横梁上用两个，摇椅上用两个。
