Cephalophora aromatica 'Pineapples' ™

Flowers: May-September
Height: 18 inches
Description: Attractive bright yellow pom pom flowers complimented by pale green foliage, which releases an apple fragrance when brushed against.

Sowing Instructions: For best results multi sow cephalophora 3 to 4 seeds per cell 576 plug tray or slightly larger unit. Sow on to the surface of a free draining moist seed sowings compost and cover with 3-4mm of vermculite. Propagate at 15 to 18 c. Germination should take place in 2 to 3 weeks. Maintain a temperature of 15c after germination until the seedlings are established.

Growing Instructions: When the seedling are established transfer the plugs into a 9 cm pot or three plugs to an 12cm 1 litre pot this should result in quality plants with a good display of flowers for sales from May onwards. Later sowing can be made in late March and April, which will flower in late June or July and are ideal for 1 pot sales.


这个产品也是我们第一次试验，现在花还不多，有一股菠萝水果的香味。恐怕是这个产品的一大特色，所以我们现在翻译的名字叫做凤梨芬芳。中文名字还真的不知道。

青山依旧这个学名可能有误,用的是异名,其学名应为Helenium aromaticum ,如加上品种名应为Helenium aromaticum Pineapples',Helenium是堆心菊属.Helenium aromaticum 台湾一网站译为芳堆心菊,这个品种可命名为某某芳香堆心菊.
