甜罗勒，口味清淡，是最常使用的食用罗勒，意大利餐必备调料。
它的特点是叶子圆胖胖的。没有什么特别浓的香。开白花。
罗勒容易杂交变种，全世界各国广泛使用的甜罗勒都各种有变种，从这个角度说，仅甜罗勒就有100多种啊。
